Each session begins with a confidential chat, where you’ll gain practical techniques to manage stress, improve relationships, and clarify your values and goals. Followed by a soothing spa experience, each service is crafted to help you feel relaxed, recharged, and ready to embrace life with confidence.

Olga’s Oasis is a professional and compassionate counselling service led by Olga, a registered counsellor with the Australian Counselling Association. As a blind therapist and a mother of a son with autism, Olga brings a unique perspective and deep understanding to her practice. Her personal journey has equipped her with the empathy and insight needed to connect with individuals facing a variety of life challenges. Olga’s Oasis is proud to offer services eligible for NDIS payment, ensuring accessible support for those who need it.

Understanding Acceptance and commitment therapy
ACT combines acceptance and mindfulness strategies with commitment and behaviour-change techniques to boost psychological flexibility. The six core principles of ACT include:
